I swear, i'm becoming more and more vain with each passing day. I'll check my hair for half hour before leaving my house and meddle around with it regardless of its condition throughout the day. Anyhow, the next time i highlight my hair, its gonna be purple streaks.
Maybe i'm just getting older, and people my age look at looks with much significants. My secondary school self looked much like a fool, now that i look back into my year book. Yeah, i guess you can say i still look as young as i was then. I think so too, its not as if it can be helped. In sec4, i remember one of my friends commenting that i'll look nicer with spikey head(at that time it wass still mushroom). Being the young, clean and un-vained self, I straight away dismissed that idea......especially when the group wanted to use loads of stuff to make my hair stand.
People in poly care so much about looks, it kinda has an area effect type of thing. You get caught in this system, its all around you. No matter which direction you face, you can't avoid the fact that people in poly love babes and hunks. Thank god i'm not the first one, too bad i'm not the second either.
Now i'm not saying vainity is a bad thing in itself. In fact, i rather think its good to look good. Who wants their other half to say they look ugly? Not me. Take one of my teacher for example. We heard of a story of him during his tuitorial sessions with some class. There was this super pretty girl(maybe revealing as well).
